WIP, WDF, and SPC files are parsed into ZIP files with spectra as TXT tables.

Bitmap images from WIP files are saved as BMP files.

Automatically parsed info will be saved as 'metadata_summary.xlsx' file. Info from WIP and WDF files is additionally saved as JSON files.

The folder structure and all original files within the uploaded ZIP will be kept as is.
